At Replay Jeans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Use the prepaid shipping label provided or drop off your package at any authorized Replay store location or designated courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
